For the longest time, I had this dream to create a fun, bohemian styled session right in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This year, I knew it was the right time to bring everything together. I reached out to all the wonderful, talented wedding vendors I knew in hopes that they would join me in bringing my vision to life. To my surprise, they all said, “YES!” Together, we went to work – planning, emailing, and scheming our bridal shoot. Working with these incredible vendors was pure joy!! They are some of the best in the business and to have them by my side was like a dream come true! So when the day of our shoot arrived and it rained the ENTIRE day, we didn’t let our dream fizzle out. We worked with the rain to create the best session possible!
For our shoot, we were inspired by the uniqueness each couple possesses, the whimiscal feeling of being in love and the beauty found in nature. The lovely flowers and gorgeous structures at the Botanical Garden served as the perfect location. Tables in place amongst the tulips styled with beautiful vintage plates mixed with glass and wood elements brought the whimsical feel to our shoot. For color and fun, peonies and king proteas could be found in the bouquet and centerpieces. To continue with our whimiscal theme, instead of a traditional wedding cake, a display of delicious french macarons served as our dessert! Our lovely bride and groom for the day were actually engaged (now married – woohoo!) and the love and tenderness they showed on camera was incredibly genuine and heartfelt.
After months of planning and working, I’m thrilled to finally share part one of this AMAZING session with you all! Tomorrow, I will be releasing the second part of our bridal shoot that still has our ethereal feel with a whole new look! Until then, enjoy!
Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU to all the amazing vendors who helped bring this vision to life. I seriously could not have done this without them!
