Andy knew he wanted to marry Laura right away. So when he proposed in late summer while they were on vacation, hiking through Montana and Canada, they wanted to get married soon. They decided not to wait and planned their wedding for THIS November. They only had a few short weeks to plan everything and though there were a few bumps and setbacks, everything turned out perfectly! I just knew they could pull it off; Laura and I used to work together a couple years ago and I’ve seen her in action on many occasions, meeting deadlines right on time. If anyone could do it, she could.
Laura and Andy were married on a brisk November day at St. Bernard’s Church surrounded by family and friends. Their wedding exuded class and elegance. The bridesmaids wore beautiful purple dresses with black tights while the men looked dapper in their black tuxedos. Even though it was cold outside, everyone put on such a brave face and smile whenever we were making photos. Everything about this wedding felt so personal, even down to where we shot the bridal portraits. Laura and Andy chose to have their portraits and the bridal party portraits done right in their own backyard! What could be more wonderful or personal than that?!
After photos, we all headed to Titletown Brewing Company to warm up and to have some fun! They served a fabulous buffet of the best comfort food including macaroni and cheese, sliders, and soft pretzels! I loved that instead of a DJ to serenade us, Laura and Andy hired a live funk band to play for everyone! They did a fabulous job and had the guests on their feet and ready to boogie the night away!
Congratulations Laura & Andy! I am beyond happy for the two of you & I hope you are blessed with so much joy & love!
Laura gifted her mother and mother-in-law beautiful earrings to thank them for their continual love and support.
Aww, I love how happy Andy looks when he sees Laura for the first time!
The Newlyweds, Mr. & Mrs. Rogers!
My favorite part about all these portraits is that we shot right in Laura & Andy’s backyard at sunset!! All these beautiful trees, fields, and pond belong to them! So gorgeous even in November!
Ahh!! This couple is beyond stunning!
Their adorable dog, Ally, just had to make an appearance! She is so sweet and cute!
Andy’s bridal party was a family affair. I loved that he chose not only his father to be one of his groomsmen, but also his grandfather! Not to mention, his brother and brother-in-law played a part in this awesome party too.
Titletown Brewing Company looked amazing at night!
