The bride realized everyone had left without her...
Laura had finished her getting ready prep - her Sarah Seven dress perfectly buttoned up and her cathedral veil secure in her beautiful curls. The only problem, everyone had left the hotel and she had no way of getting to the ceremony location for the first look with her groom! Immediately, I offered her a ride and carefully brought her to my car. Once we arrived, I gracefully escorted her to meet her groom, jumped in position, and perfectly captured their joyous first look.
My goal is to always look for ways to be of service to my couples. Whether it's keeping us on time, finding the best light for photos, helping fix your veil, or offering tissues when the emotions of the day become too much for your family members - I'm here for you!

5 Things You Might Not Know About Me
I attended college for photography and graduated at 18 years old! Yes! I knew what I wanted to do at a very early age, after falling in love with telling stories through photos. So I graduated high school early, packed up my belongings, and drove across the country to attend photography school on the East Coast. Each new experience led me to learning more about my craft and about the people around me.
I started my photography business at only 20 years old! After graduating, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my degree. I photographed a few friends' weddings and found my passion for being the one to document the indescribable joy of the day. Now, over a decade later I have photographed hundreds of weddings, cultivated beautiful new friendships with couples and their families, and have made incredible memories that will last a lifetime.
I married my best friend on the bluffs in Santa Barbara, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We chose an intimate wedding with only our parents, siblings, and our closest friends as witnesses. We went out for breakfast together that morning, toasted champagne on the beach at sunset, and enjoyed a beautiful night of dinner and conversation underneath twinkle lights and stars.
This is my reminder to my couples: do exactly what YOU want for your wedding day because it's about celebrating the beginning of your marriage. You two deserve to have a day that completely represents your relationship and what you value most.
My husband and I welcomed our daughter to the world in 2022 after struggling for years with infertility. Our journey to becoming parents led me to share more about our story and help others in the process. It ignited my passion and my drive to not only photograph weddings and couples, but families and motherhood as well. These moments with our children are precious beyond measure and go by so fast. I want to preserve all of it through photos.
We welcomed our second daughter at the end of 2023!
My ideal day looks like enjoying the best meal, breakfast: with something savory to eat and strong black coffee to drink. Then losing myself in the library and adding far too many books to my already tall stack of to-be-read pile (while picking up some sort of sweet treat along the way.) Ending the day cuddled on our oversized couch with my family rewatching a Nancy Meyers movie and talking more about how much I love the beautiful set design and homes than the actually movie.
