She thought about not being in the photos at all...
As Michelle was getting ready for our newborn session, she said, “I know I want photos of my baby, but I don’t know if I want to be in the photos. My body feels different to me, it’s hard to feel beautiful.” I told her to trust me, I promised her it would be worth it.
As we started our session, I perfectly positioned her so the sunlight radiated behind her, casting a magical glow on her and her baby. I prompted her to give her little one a few kisses and she smiled so big, not even realizing I was documenting the moment. I showed her the back of my camera to see the photo and she could not stop smiling. “Wow, I actually look and feel so pretty!”
My goal is to make you feel as comfortable and beautiful as possible. There is nothing more sacred than beginning this motherhood journey. You are becoming an incredible and powerful new version of yourself and I’m here to help you celebrate it all.

I keep the client stocked with the latest dresses and children's clothing options. With ranging sizes and styles, you'll find something you feel beautiful in. Try on before your session or I can bring options the day of the session.

5 Things You Might Not Know About Me
I attended college for photography and graduated at 18 years old! Yes! I knew what I wanted to do at a very early age, after falling in love with telling stories through photos. So I graduated high school early, packed up my belongings, and drove across the country to attend photography school on the East Coast. Each new experience led me to learning more about my craft and about the people around me.
I started my photography business at only 20 years old! After graduating, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my degree. I photographed a few friends' weddings and family sessions and found my passion for being the one to document all that joy! Now, over a decade later I have photographed hundreds of family sessions, cultivated beautiful new friendships, and have made incredible memories that will last a lifetime.
I married my best friend on the bluffs in Santa Barbara, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We chose an intimate wedding with only our parents, siblings, and our closest friends as witnesses. We went out for breakfast together that morning, toasted champagne on the beach at sunset, and enjoyed a beautiful night of dinner and conversation underneath twinkle lights and stars.
My husband and I welcomed our daughter to the world in 2022 after struggling for years with infertility. Our journey to becoming parents led me to share more about our story and help others in the process. It ignited my passion and my drive to not only photograph weddings and couples, but families and motherhood as well. These moments with our children are precious beyond measure and go by so fast. I want to preserve all of it through photos.
We welcomed our second daughter at the end of 2023!
My ideal day looks like enjoying the best meal, breakfast: with something savory to eat and strong black coffee to drink. Then losing myself in the library and adding far too many books to my already tall stack of to-be-read pile (while picking up some sort of sweet treat along the way.) Ending the day cuddled on our oversized couch with my family rewatching a Nancy Meyers movie and talking more about how much I love the beautiful set design and homes than the actually movie.
