I’m SO excited to share Emily and Jack’s Boston Engagement Session! Emily and I had been chatting back and forth about possibly setting up a time for an Engagement Session. They live in Boston and I live in Seattle and their wedding next year will be in Wisconsin. We talked about meeting in Wisconsin this year to photograph their session. Then Emily asked if it would be possible to have a session in Boston, which has felt like home to them for the last few years. Obviously, I said yes and I probably did a little happy dance too! Just like that, the flights were booked and I was headed for Boston.
I used to live in Massachusetts over a decade ago and I love every time I get to visit Boston. Being back in that city felt so magical. I met up with Emily and Jack at their home before the sun was even up! We planned a sunrise session so we would have less people in our photos and take in all the beauty around us. We explored Boston Public Garden, the neighborhood of Back Bay, and even ventured out to Seaport for a view of the skyline. The entire morning we were laughing and exploring and avoiding being attacked by the all too friendly squirrels. Seriously, I had a blast with Emily and Jack and I cannot wait for their wedding next year!
Thank you Emily and Jack for welcoming me to your city! I had the best time!
