Karli and Cuyler are expecting their first child and I could not be more excited for them! They are two of the most genuine people I have ever met and I just know they will be incredible parents. Karli is an amazing baker, the owner of Almond & Ivy, and I first met her almost four years ago when I reached out about working together. She had just started her business and I was in the second year of mine. Sitting at my kitchen table we bonded over weddings and our love of cats. We formed a partnership and promised to help each other out, whenever we could. What started as a business venture soon grew into a friendship. I’m proud to call Karli one of my friends and I’m SO thrilled that her adorable family is growing!

To celebrate the little one’s arrival, the four of us (baby included) headed to Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve for a Winter Maternity Session. But because the weather was unseasonably warm, we barely found any snow! Still, we had the best time exploring and documenting this beautiful moment in Karli and Cuyler’s lives!

I had the pleasure of attending Karli’s baby shower yesterday! I loved celebrating with her friends and family!
