Anne and Ed first met when they helped a mutual friend move. They all hung out that day and into the night but it wasn’t until a few years later that they would see each other again. Their mutual friend was getting married! They spent time together during the rehearsal dinner, talking and getting to know each other. The next night, during the wedding reception, they chatted even more!

Ed first thought Anne was “the one” for him on her birthday, the first year they were dating. He says, “She thought I had to work but I surprised her by coming up to Green Bay. Her friends threw her a surprise party. There were so many people and they all had nothing but the best things to say about her. So many people couldn’t be wrong…and they weren’t.” Anne says she doesn’t have a specific moment, she just knew very early into dating that he was all she ever wanted. Ed proposed after he cooked a delicious dinner for the two of them! They both love food and Anne definitely loves when Ed makes her meals so it was the perfect moment for them.

They celebrated their love with the most beautiful wedding on Leap Day, February 29th. How magical that this year’s Leap Day fell on a Saturday?! This couple deserved a wedding date as unique and as wonderful as they are. It was such an honor to photograph their special day!
