This Woodinville Lavender wedding inspiration is like seeing all my photo dreams come true. I’ve been touring venues in Washington since we moved here and I had the honor of touring Woodinville Lavender. The owner was so kind to me and said if I ever wanted to plan an editorial there, I could. We set a date for when the lavender was in full bloom and I started planning.
I reached out to dozens of vendors in the area who I admire with my mood board and a plan. I’m so grateful that so many of them said yes. I know they took a chance on me as a new vendor in Seattle but I’m so thrilled they did.
My goal with this shoot was to create something romantic, timeless, and straight out of a fairytale. Think Jane Austen meets a French countryside elopement. What we created was better than anything I could even imagine. I loved the soft blue and white colors that complimented the lavender fields beautifully.
I had the wonderful opportunity to shoot both digital and film for this shoot. I’m obsessed with how it turned out. It truly was so dreamy and magical.
