In the past few years, I’ve had the wonderful pleasure of attending two Pursuit Conferences. The first one, I actually won my seat and headed to Winshape in Georgia! The second, I joined a group of women for a cozy retreat in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Both were eye opening and life changing so when I found out Pursuit rebranded into Abound Co. and were launching a new conference in at Franklin, Tennessee at The Factory, I just knew I had to attend!
This past week at the first Abound Conference was unlike both of the prior conferences. That’s why I love attending, I always take something new away. No matter what though, I always meet and connect with the most amazing women. At past conferences, I left with my heart feeling full and my spirit lifted and content. But at this conference, I felt incredibly motivated and ready to tackle the next phases of life. Each conference has opened a new door within me and I left Abound feeling beyond inspired to go out and try new things. Not to mention, I got to attend this conference with my bestie and I’m so happy she could join me!
I learned so much and took away many full pages of notes. But the phrase that keeps repeating over and over in my head came from the amazing Marshawn Evans Daniels, “God didn’t call us to climb mountains but to move mountains.” And that’s exactly what I want to do with this next journey of life. I’m ready to move mountains and I hope you are too!
Thank you to everyone who helped bring Abound to life. Thank you for sharing your stories so openly and honestly with us all. Here’s just a few snapshots I snagged from my time at this life-giving conference. I had an amazing time trying new foods, meeting new people, and learning SO much! God truly is good!
