Yesterday was our fourth #TuesdaysTogether Meetup for The Rising Tide Society! Our Green Bay Chapter grows more and more with each month and we had 38 wonderful creatives, entrepreneurs, and small business owners join us for last night’s get together. I love the variety of our members’ occupations; we have photographers, yoga instructors, boutique owners, watercolor artists, invitation makers, make-up artists, writers, lifestyle bloggers, hair salon owners, and so many more! I’m so impressed by what these amazing individuals can do!
We met at a beautiful 100 year old barn in Pulaski. My dear friend, Jane, owns this stunning barn and for almost two years has poured her heart and soul into this space. Her and her husband bought it at an auction and with all their hard work and determination, they have brought it back to life and they were kind enough to offer to host one of our #TuesdaysTogether there! The barn was absolutely stunning! Beautiful chandeliers and drapery hung from the ceiling, vintage signs and old doors hung on the walls, candles were lit and gracefully hung from each beam; everything came together to create one magical setting. To make the night even better, we watched a beautiful sunset over the court yard and even saw some of the cute little farm kittens that “protect” the barn!
As soon as we were done “oooing” and “ahhing” over this amazing location, we sat together to discuss Daily Routines and how to put one in place to be your most productive self. We sipped wine, ate delicious snacks, and openly chatted with each other on what works for us and what we struggle with. I absolutely love how real these women are! They share their stories right from the heart and there were a couple times last night that I could just tear up from what they had to say. The strength and the openness in each individual was so inspiring!
Thank you to all who attended last night! I’m so happy you could come; it makes all the planning and hard work totally worth it! I cannot wait to see you all for October’s meetup!
Our wonderful host, Jane! She is seriously one of the sweetest people you will ever meet!
