Claire and Andrew met in June of 2013. Claire thought Andrew was kind, funny, and sweet. He had longer hair which made her think he was a lot younger than her. She said that to him, so he pulled out his I.D. to show his birthday and they realized they had the same birthday, Christmas Eve, three years apart! That sparked a conversation and they haven’t stopped talking since.

Andrew proposed using the help of their cats. Claire remembers it like it was yesterday, “Before I woke up one morning, Andrew put collars on each of our cats. Wilson had the ring tied on his collar with a beautiful ribbon and Bro had a letter tied to his. I woke up to them playing in the hallway and immediately noticed something different, so I jumped out of bed to see what was going on and I was surprised with the best moment of my life! The note was beautifully hand-written and the ring was everything I wanted!”

They celebrated their love with the most beautiful and intimate wedding. It totally fit their unique style. They held their ceremony at the gorgeous Green Bay Botanical Garden followed by a delightful reception at Backstage at the Meyer. This couple had already committed their lives to each other and now their wedding day made everything official.

I’ve known Claire since elementary school and it was such an honor to be with her on her big day. Congratulations Claire and Andrew! Enjoy your amazing lives together!
