June 22, 2016
On the hottest day in June, Lacey and Matt were married at the beautiful Green Bay Botanical Garden! The record heat wave didn’t stop anyone from having a great time! Every piece of the day was incredibly gorgeous! The big pink peonies in the bouquets, the stunning vintage doors at the ceremony site, the navy blue suits the groomsmen wore that looked amazing next to the bridesmaids’ blush dresses – the heat could not stop anyone/anything from looking amazing that day!
I had the privilege of photographing this happy couple’s Engagement Session at Bay Shore Park back in Fall and I adored spending time with them and hearing their love story. I even met their cute pup, Rosie, and I was SO happy we made a pit stop to see her on the wedding day too. I cannot believe how much she’s grown in just a few short months!
Being surrounded by Lacey and Matt’s friends and family on their wedding day really showed me how much these two love those around them. They are always thinking about and trying to help others and I’m beyond happy that they had a day to simply celebrate themselves and their love for each other!
Congratulations Lacey & Matt! I hope you two have the time of your lives “growing old” together! Cheers!
That broach bouquet is everything! Lacey’s aunt made sure it was perfect for the big day!
The wonderful ladies at Mint Salon did an amazing job, as always!
“I’ll always pick you”
How stunning are these vintage doors Lacey had for the ceremony?!
First look!! I absolutely ADORE when couples choose to do a first look!
Aww, so emotional! I couldn’t help but cry a little myself.
Ceremony time!! Woohoo!
Lacey and Matt literally tied the knot for their unity ceremony!!
Married! Yay!
In love with all those bouquets!
The Newlyweds, Mr. & Mrs. Larscheid!
Just like in our Engagement Session, of course we had to include Rosie in some of the photos!!
Tundra Lodge is always so much fun to shoot at!
Instead of a guestbook, they had postcards guests could fill out and “mail” to them (they had a little mailbox right there.)
That cake by Cakescapes was AMAZING!
Lacey’s vision for their wedding decor all started with a teapot, so each table was adorned with different vintage tea cups, teapots, candles, books, and stunning flowers. Each table was unique and beautiful!
Their wedding favors were scratch-off tickets! Yes!!
Time to party! Yay!!
When Matt proposed to Lacey, he played and sang “Grow Old With You” by Adam Sandler. He surprised her and all the guests by playing and singing it again at the wedding!!
Thanks to all the amazing Wedding Vendors that helped make Lacey & Matt’s big day wonderful!
