Ever since I knew we would be heading to Southern California, I wanted my dear friend, Jenna of Jenna Joseph Photography, to photograph Matt and I. I met Jenna through The Rising Tide Society a few years ago and I’ve admired her work ever since then. We’ve had the opportunity to hang out together in Charleston, San Fransisco, and even in Las Vegas for WPPI so I was SO excited to visit her in her home town of Temecula! She was more than willing to photograph a portrait session for us and it worked out perfectly that our schedules aligned.

Our experience with Jenna was amazing! She took us from the orange groves to the vineyards to the beautiful olive trees at two different vineyards. We loved exploring every new location with her and sipping wine along the way. She made us feel so comfortable during every new location and pose. We are pretty awkward in front of the camera most of the time. But it felt more like we were just hanging out then creating photos. We couldn’t help but laugh and smile the entire time. After we received our photos, we were blown away by them! We loved every single one! Jenna truly captured our silliness and our love for one another.

Thank you, Jenna, for creating these beautiful images for us. I’m so very grateful to have Matt in my life as an amazing partner and now I’m thrilled that we have photos of our own. Can’t wait to decorate the house with these!

You are my rock when I feel myself wavering. You are my strength when I’m feeling weak. You are my motivation when I’m feeling anything but inspired. You have brought more joy to my life than you will ever know. We make a great team and balance each other out in the best possible ways. Thank you for always being up for an adventure and dealing with my crazy, wild ideas. I say it all the time but it’s still as true as the first day I said it; I didn’t know what my life could be like before you and now I can’t imagine life without you.
