Olivia and Dusty have known each other since middle school but it wasn’t until 2009 that they started dating. When they first met, they realized the happiness and positivity they each bring to life. They fell for each other right away. Olivia knew he was the one for her early on in their relationship. “We were on our way home from a really nice date early in our relationship and right as he turned onto my street on the drive home one of my favorite love songs came on the radio, “Me and You’ by Kenny Chesney. It felt like fate and I remember thinking ‘I’m gonna marry him someday.'”

Dusty proposed at Lake Geneva during the Venetian Day Festival. They sat down on their favorite dock, where they had spent their first date just talking for hours. As the fireworks boomed overhead, they snuggled in close and watched in awe. During the finale, Dusty had an even better surprise than fireworks. He pulled out a ring and proposed right there! Of course, Olivia said “YES!” and they celebrated the rest of the night.

On a beautiful Summer day in July, Olivia and Dusty were married! They returned to Olivia’s alma mater, St. Norbert College, for both their ceremony and reception. It was the perfect backdrop to the most perfect day. Every single detail was well thought out and so sweet. My favorite had to be the vintage bow that Olivia wore in her hair at the reception. Olivia and Dusty seriously have hearts of gold and I absolutely adore them. I could have photographed them all day!

Congratulations Olivia and Dusty! I wish you two all the joy and love in the world!
