Last week, Matt and I had the wonderful opportunity to spend a little time in Las Vegas. Matt presented at the National Sports Forum conference and I tagged along for a little fun. In the afternoons and evenings, we explored Las Vegas and all the amazing things this city has to offer. This was my third time back in Vegas and I always find something new to do and see whenever I’m there. This was Matt’s first time visiting and it was so fun to show him some of my favorite spots.
We had a blast but I wanted to highlight a few of our favorite things. On Sunday, we went to the Cirque du Soleil Michael Jackson ONE show at Mandalay Bay. The entire performance was beyond incredible! After the show, we headed over to the Delano Hotel to enjoy drinks and the gorgeous view at the Skyfall Lounge.
We also loved The Neon Museum! This museum is dedicated to preserving the history of Las Vegas. They showcase all the beautiful old signage that once graced the Strip and the surrounding Vegas area. Everyone who worked there was super helpful and happily shared information with us about each sign. This museum is definitely a must-see if you are in Las Vegas!
Over the days we enjoyed grand buffets, incredible sights along the Strip and Fremont Street, a very tiny amount of gambling, and met some wonderful people. We even made it to a Vegas Golden Knights hockey game! I truly enjoyed our time in Las Vegas and I’m glad we could share it together.
