Christmas is definitely WAY over, but I did just take down my last Christmas tree last week. Sorry, I wasn’t ready. But now we can move straight to Spring!
I realized though I never shared my 2019 Holiday gifts for STP couples! Every year, I like to surprise my brides and grooms who were married that year with a special gift to celebrate their first holiday season as a married couple. I love to be as creative and as thoughtful as possible with these. In past years, I’ve gifted cozy blankets, newlywed cookbooks, luggage tags and cocktail kits, monogram mugs, and so much more!
This year, I was trying to think of a way to symbolize two people coming together to create one family. My inspiration to gift each couple a monogram candle came from there! I then crafted adorable little glass bottles into match holders. I’m a sucker for candles (I have at least one in every room of my house) and I know my couples would enjoy them too. In each gift, I included a Christmas card with a special message. Every year I send Christmas cards to everyone that I possibly can. It’s such a fun way to spread a little holiday cheer.
These beautiful candles were then either mailed or hand-delivered (by me) to every couple. I hope they now sit proudly in my couples’ homes as a reminder of their beautiful love.
I also gift all the vendors that I worked with throughout the year! From florists to planners and venues, I dropped off a sweet gift to some of my favorite people. Who doesn’t love a little rosé in their lives?
