The magic of love is often compared to the sublime beauty of nature – vast and vibrant. This perfectly embodied Sierra and Kenneth’s wedding, held at the breathtaking Mountain View located close to Olympic National Park. On a warm June day, this beautiful property provided the perfect setting for this couple to vow to spend forever together.
Their venue, Mountain View, is actually owned by Kenneth’s parents. Because of that, the entire day felt so personal and special. Kenneth is one of ten siblings and has over 40 nieces and nephews. Everywhere you looked there were adorable kids running around and having a blast! Their eyes especially lit up when donuts were served during the reception. Sierra and her family and friends are not originally from Washington. But her loved ones made the journey out west to stand by her side on this special day.
Sierra looked absolutely beautiful in her wedding dress. She is a big fan of pearls and bows and made it a point to have little hints of pearls and bows throughout the wedding. I loved the big bow on the back of her dress and the pearls that adorned her hair. The flower girls wanted to match her and had pearls placed in their hair too.
The ceremony was as heartfelt as it was picturesque. Standing beneath a simple wooden arch adorned with an array of flowers and greenery, Sierra and Kenneth exchanged their vows in front of their family and friends. Their words felt genuine and true, the perfect start to their marriage. Following the ceremony, everyone walked over to the barn turned reception venue for a night of dinner and dancing. For dinner, a delicious taco bar and donuts for desserts.
This wedding felt warm, homey, and full of love in the best possible way. With so many family members in attendance, kids running around, the comfort food of tacos and donuts to enjoy – it felt like one big, cozy party. It fit Sierra and Kenneth perfectly because they are such warm and loving people. I loved getting to see this sweet couple again after their Beach Engagement Session. It was an honor to be a part of their day and celebrate the beginning of their marriage.
Congratulations Sierra and Kenneth! Wishing you both a lifetime of love and happiness!
Thanks to all the amazing wedding vendors that helped make Sierra & Kenneth’s big day wonderful!
