Green Bay’s Rising Tide Society chapter met yesterday for our monthly TuesdaysTogether meetup! After being stranded in Chicago last month and missing our March meetup, I was SO happy to see everyone again! We gathered at Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary to discuss personality types and play with all the adorable cats! Nectar of Green Bay donated delicious snacks and juices and Liberty Cafe offered yummy coffee. After playing with the sweet and playful kitties all morning, we finally started chatting about our personality types and how it affects our businesses. Prior to the meetup, each member took the test on 16 Personalities so they could share their results.

I turned out to be an ENFJ-A (The Protagonist) which means I am intuitive, very imaginative, open-minded, and curious. I prefer novelty over stability and focus on hidden meanings and future possibilities. I am also sensitive, emotionally expressive, more empathic and less competitive, always focusing on social harmony and cooperation. Ummm…yes to all of those things! As we shared our results around the room, it was amazing how accurate it was for everyone. By sharing who we are and how we think, it helped us learn new ways to communicate and work together.

This meetup was seriously so much fun and I cannot wait for next month!
