Claire and Matt’s High Cliff Engagement Session is here! These two first met November 24th, 2016 at a bar on Claire’s birthday. Matt says he saw her at the bar with her friends and worked up all his nerve to buy this beautiful girl a drink. They ended up talking for over an hour and realized how deep their connection actually went. Claire says it felt like they understood each other so well already, even though they had just met.
Soon they started dating and Matt proposed on Christmas Eve of 2019. Claire shares the story, “We had just gotten back from church with my family, and he was very excited to open presents, he literally could not wait. So we sat on the floor of our apartment and opened the gifts we got each other. But then Matt tells me he has one more for present for me and he grabs a ring box out of the entertainment center. I was actually convinced it was some other type of jewelry and I don’t even think an engagement ring crossed my mind. But then he said a bunch of really sweet things and asked me to marry him and I asked him if he was kidding…like several times. Once I was out of shock and realized he was serious, I said ‘yes!'”
STP Associate, Kyra, met Claire and Matt at High Cliff State Park for a beautiful Fall Engagement Session. It may have been a little cold, but that didn’t stop them from creating the most beautiful images. You can feel their joy radiating through these photos. We cannot wait for their Fall wedding next October!
