Last week was such an incredible, unforgettable experience!

Last week, I attended my 4th Rising Tide Society Leaders Retreat (you can see the past ones here – Charleston, San Francisco, & New Orleans.) In the past, I was an attendee but this time, I returned as a SPEAKER! Yay!! I had the chance to really pour into new leaders. I led the Tuesdays Together Green Bay group for three years and learned so much about how to lead with courage, grace, and love. This past week I shared how to cultivate a strong and thriving community by creating unforgettable in-person experiences. Making people feel valued, heard, and appreciated is one of my biggest goals in life. Because I truly believe every single person has a purpose and a gift to share with the world.
