We drove back to Wisconsin on Sunday and I have spent most of my days this week unpacking, doing laundry, editing, and catching up on emails. Because of that, instead of sharing this past week’s events, I’m sharing my travels on the East Coast. Like I said in my previous post, we were in Connecticut for Justin and Mary’s Walk Through a Wedding Workshop. While we were there we decided to explore a little on our two free days. We visited Providence, Boston and cities in western Massachusetts including where I went to college (ahhh! it was crazy to be back.) We love walking for hours when we travel, exploring every little part of the city as possible and I used my iPhone to snap all the moments along the way.
The lady on the far left was not pumped for this photo but I love this anyway.
I thought it would be fun to stop at my old school, Hallmark Institute of Photography. It was weird pulling up to the empty parking lot and knowing I wasn’t going to school. It’s been six years since I’ve been here last and yet it still feels like graduation was only yesterday. I’m thankful for the education I received, but I’m even more thankful for the people I met. They changed my life and played a part in shaping who I am today. For that, I am eternally grateful.
